Due to an increase in order levels, our client is currently looking to recruit for Bystronic Laser Operators based in Barugh Green, Barnsley.

Working Hours/ Rotational Shift Pattern:
Mornings: 06:00-14:00
Afternoons: 14:00-22:00
Nights: 22:00-06:00

Candidate should have experience and knowledge of working with sheet metal on laser cutting machines (ideally Bystronic). Note: It is not essential that it is this make of machine.
You must be able to work independently which will include setting of machine, loading and editing programs and checking parts.
You must have experience of working to and understanding engineering drawings is essential in both first and third angle projection.
The ability to work unsupervised is required as you will be required to work through various jobs without assistance, setting the machine and carrying out in-process inspection.
