Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in GERMAN and English
Previous experience in a customer service role
Experience in the hospitality/travel industry desired
Computer literate
Ability to multi-task
Eagerness to learn and develop

Обязанности

As a Customer Advisor, you will represent an online wine marketplace. You will receive incoming queries from their app users via phone, email and live chat where you will answer their queries regarding among others the wine app, product information, prices, orders and deliveries. This is a versatile inbound role where providing excellent customer care is important.
