We are Haldu Groep, a temporary job agency specialized in staff for construction, engineering and automotive. We are looking for a senior recruiter with experience in the aforementioned fields of work.
You are always looking for the best candidates for our clients. Through your experience you have a good network of people who can help you do your job. Together with your colleagues you're responsible for the total recruitment and you keep in touch with candidates, contribute to the development and improvement of internal procedures, systems and databases.
Требования
The most important thing for this vacancy is your knowledge of the construction sector.
You have at least 3 years of experience as a recruiter.
You are familiar with software like Carerix and HelloFlex.

Maintain relationship with potential employees.
Interview people.
Carry out recruiting services.

Communicate by telephone and e-mail.
